Here’s a feature packed product update on recent enhancements from the team!
This includes a significant feature addition at the end that you don't want to miss!
Let’s start out with some enhancements to announcements…
- Send announcements directly from Resources within Host Settings – We’ve added the ability to send announcements directly from an individual resource within Host Settings or an individual resource assignment. Each of these options are available in the three-dot options icon and will redirect you to the Announcements section with pre-populated filters.
- Announcement Form - Recommended Shareable Link – When setting up an announcement based on a task or resource, a shareable link option will be displayed for easy copy/paste inclusion in your message.
Next up, some task upgrades…
- Double confirmation on external Go To Links in tasks – When a user selects a go-to link, a confirmation modal will now appear to double-check that they’ve completed the required external work before marking the task as complete within PartnerHQ. More in the knowledge base.
- Change task status for locked tasks – Locked tasks now have improved and more expected visual treatment within your partner’s task list. When a task is locked and overdue, it will use the same strikethrough styling as a completed task, appear below the completed section, and display “Unavailable” with no checkmark. When a task is locked and completed, it will simply appear like any other completed task.
- Tag Options Available for Internal Tasks – Internal tasks now feature the same tagging options available with tasks and resources.
A couple extras…
- Custom fields for Resources – Resources now have fields to distribute partner-specific info such as contracts or secret codes.
- Ability to Filter Partner Activity Information – Hosts clicking into Activity on the Host Overview report will now have filtering capabilities. Sort by both activity type and action.
- Organization Level Permissions - You can now quickly make adjustments to permissions for Organization Hosts. Simply edit any organization with Host Settings and you’ll see a list of permissions for viewing, editing, and receiving notifications. Turn off or on as needed.
And we saved the best for last…
- Introducing Assets - Assets let you organize tasks and resources into meaningful categories so partners can easily filter, understand, and complete what’s required of them.
