Where it all started

PartnerHQ originated after experiencing our own partner-management inefficiencies with the nationwide nonprofit we founded, Brackets For Good. The team managed over 150 sponsors and more than 750 organizations across 12 different markets.

A major highlight from our efforts:
Fundraising of over $12 million for the charities involved.

The other highlight:
We built the tech to support that level of partner management, which eventually turned into PartnerHQ.

Matt McIntyre

Chief Executive Officer

Matt is the ultimate strategist, always aligning big ideas, making the right introductions, and ensuring PartnerHQ runs like a well-oiled machine. He thrives on working alongside people he cares about and loves that PartnerHQ operates behind the scenes bringing people together—like a secret weapon that makes collaboration seamless.

A lacrosse-playing, board game-loving leader, Matt brings energy and creativity to everything he does. Whether he’s cheering on the Colorado Mammoth, perfecting his (possibly metaphorical) juggling skills, or downing yet another black coffee, he’s always game for a challenge.

Matt Duncan

Chief Operating Officer

Matt is all about efficiency—streamlining workflows, simplifying collaboration, and making sure every action gets maximum impact. He’s focused on getting the right information where it needs to go, so our customers can get more done while building lasting relationships with their partners.

A lifelong sports fan, Matt will watch just about any game but holds a special place for the Chicago Blackhawks and Indiana University. When he’s not optimizing processes at PartnerHQ, you’ll find him spending time with his family—Beth, EJ, Vivian, and their dog Shelby—staying active in whatever way the family is interested in for that day. His dream event? The Masters, preferably with a smooth Extra Añejo in hand.

Adam Darrah

Chief Product Officer

Adam is the mastermind behind PartnerHQ’s product, fueled by a relentless curiosity and a knack for problem-solving. When he’s not dreaming up new features or fine-tuning our platform, you’ll find him traveling with his family, diving into a new book, or conducting very serious market research (read: spending too much time on Reddit).

An Old Fashioned enthusiast with a dream of making it to Burning Man, Adam brings creative energy and sharp insights to the team. He thrives on learning new things, and, above all, loves hanging with the PartnerHQ crew. (We’re pretty great.)

Ryan Simmons

Chief Marketing Officer

Ryan is the creative force behind PartnerHQ’s brand, blending strategy and storytelling to bring our message to life. Whether he’s crafting campaigns or refining our website, he’s driven by cutting through the noise to help events—and the people behind them—thrive.

Outside of work, Ryan is a weightlifting, bourbon-sipping, hat-collecting adventurer who feels most at home camping under the stars. His dream? Watching the Monaco Grand Prix from a yacht, while cheering on a Mclaren victory. Also, if beard-growing were a sport, he’d be in the hall of fame.

Eric Scharnak

Software Engineer

Eric builds the technology that powers PartnerHQ, working closely with Adam to turn big ideas into seamless software that saves people time—because let’s be honest, time is the one thing you can’t buy… unless you’re buying PartnerHQ. He loves tackling complex challenges and finding creative solutions that make life easier for users.

A Navy veteran and stats geek, Eric can talk Cubs baseball, Colts football, and BABIP percentages with the best of them. When he’s not coding or debating utility infielders, he’s enjoying live events, dreaming of Oktoberfest, or taking orders from his two very demanding at-home executives: Lucy the Corgi (CEO of SaaS) and Fred the Pomeranian (Chief Fluff Officer). His drink of choice? Rum—preferably aged longer than his best sea stories.
