Payment Options - Initial Setup

Set up Stripe payment processing for your project to accept payments for sponsorships, add-ons, and other partner transactions.

Payment options are a premium feature. For access to this feature, please reach out to our team to get started. 

Enabling Payment Options

Once activated, you can begin configuring your payment options by navigating to your Organization settings located in the top-right corner under your profile icon. 

Connecting Stripe

The Organization page will include a Stripe connect option. Stripe is a payment processing platform and is certified to the highest available standard in the payments industry (PCI Service Provider Level 1). Learn more about Stripe's security at https://docs.stripe.com/security

Click Get Started and you will be directed to Stripe to enter your business details.

Updating Payment Settings

Within the Stripe configuration you will be directed to add bank account details where funds will be deposited. Once completed, you will be returned to PartnerHQ. At any point in the future, if changes are needed to these settings, simply return to the Organization page to update the needed information.
