Page Builder allows you to create branded public pages for your project directly within PartnerHQ. These pages can be used to share event information, announcements, sponsor content, resources, or campaign landing pages without relying on external website tools.
Each page automatically includes a public URL and a downloadable QR code, making it easy to distribute through signage, emails, programs, flyers, or social media.
Getting Started
Enable Page Builder
The Page Builder module must be enabled by a PartnerHQ administrator. Once enabled, Pages will appear in your project navigation menu.
Create Your First Page
To create a page:
- Navigate to Pages
- Click New Page
- Enter a Page Title
- Add content using the editor
- Click Create Page
- Toggle Published when ready to make the page live
Pages can remain in Draft until you are ready to publish them.
Page Settings
Each page includes several configurable settings:
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Page Title | Displayed as the page heading and browser tab title |
| Background Color | Sets the page background color |
| Font Color | Controls text color |
| Published | Toggles between Draft and Public |
| Content | Main rich text editor area |
These options allow you to match page styling to your event or organization branding.
Using the Page Editor
Page Builder includes a full-featured rich text editor that allows you to format content and add media without coding.
You can format text (bold, italic, lists, alignment), add images, embed videos, upload files, insert tables, and structure content using headings and dividers. Advanced users can also access HTML editing for deeper customization.
Adding Call-to-Action Buttons
The Insert Button tool allows you to add clickable calls-to-action within your content.
When creating a button, you can configure:
- Button text (ex: Register Now)
- Destination URL
- Button style (12 color options)
- Button size (Small, Normal, Large)
Buttons automatically open their links in a new browser tab.
Publishing and Sharing
Draft vs Published
Pages can be saved as Draft or Published.
Draft pages are not publicly accessible. When published, the page becomes live and available via its public URL. This status can be changed at any time.
Public Page URL
Published pages follow this format:
https://app.partnerhq.com/e/[project]/p/[page-slug]
The page slug is automatically generated from the page title.
Example
Event Schedule → event-schedule
QR Code Sharing
Each published page includes a downloadable QR code located in the sidebar.
QR codes are commonly used on printed signage, event programs, flyers, email signatures, and social media posts.
