September Recap: Clean Data and Real-Time Teamwork

September was about getting it right the first time. Better forms mean less cleanup. Shared notes mean everyone leaves the meeting on the same page.

• Meeting Notes. Hosts and partners edit the same notes at the same time, starting from a ready-made meeting log with attendees and action items. No more drafts emailed back and forth.
• Smarter form fields. Email, phone, currency, address, social handle and more, each checked as partners type. The answers arrive clean and report-ready.
• Audio uploads. Collect voiceovers, jingles and podcast spots right in a task. Partners can play their file back before submitting.
• DocuSign prefill. Contracts fill in organization names, contacts and earlier answers on their own and lock them, so nobody retypes and nothing gets mistyped. (See the contracts post.)
