October Recap: Get Paid, Stay on Top, Run It Again

Partners can pay you inside PartnerHQ, a notification bell shows what needs you, and next year’s event can start from this year’s.

October was a big one. Partners can now pay you inside PartnerHQ, you can see what needs you at a glance, and next year’s event can start from this year’s in a few clicks.

‍

‍

Get paid

  • Collect deposits and balances. Partners pay what they owe from a task, by card or bank account, straight to your Stripe account. Installments, checks and cash all count toward the total. (See the payments post.)
  • Sell add-ons with a cart. Booth extras, merch, passes: partners buy what they need, and you get the order, receipt and stock count in one place.

Stay on top of it

  • Notification bell. Every project shows what needs you, from assigned tasks and approvals to your turn to sign and new messages. You choose what shows up.
  • To do and Completed tabs. Partners and hosts can see what’s left and what’s done, filtered to their own tasks.
  • Replace a signed contract. When a deal changes, send an updated contract for both sides to sign, with every version kept on file. (See the contracts post.)

Run it again

  • Copy a project yourself. Start next year from last year’s tasks, resources and partners, with no invitations sent until you’re ready. (See the “Run it back” post.)
  • One directory of every partner. Each sponsor appears once across all your projects and years, with possible duplicates flagged so you can merge them.
  • A new home for organization settings. Team, projects, integrations and templates, each on its own page.

Easier sign-in: Continue with Apple or Microsoft joins Google, on the web and on mobile.
