Pricing questions, answered
Any outside company or group you collaborate with in PartnerHQ: sponsors, vendors, exhibitors, suppliers, agencies, and the like. Each one is counted once per year, even if they show up in multiple projects or events.
Your team, individual users within a partner organization, and repeat appearances of the same organization across projects. None of those add to your total.
Totally normal. We can scope an estimated partner count with you and start with a 50% upfront payment. The remaining balance is billed after your project or event wraps, at year end, or on a date we agree on together.
You only pay for net-new partnered organizations added during the year.
Absolutely. Start with one event or program and add partners as you go. You'll only pay for the net-new organizations you add.
There's no minimum partner count, but there is a $3,000 annual minimum. It covers your first 33 partnered organizations. After that, it's $90 per organization.
An organization added to your project or event is included. Hosts are able to surface accounts that have not engaged, send follow up invites, and track engagement overall. It is rare for an added team to never take action, but it does happen.
Initial workspace setup, project and workflow configuration (we'll walk through your options together), admin training, partner-facing best practices, and support during launch.
Onboarding is a one-time fee. Most customers onboard once, then launch future projects on their own. It's there so your first project is configured right, your team avoids rework, and your partners get a great experience from start to finish.
Nope. PartnerHQ works fully without them. SMS Support Integration is for time-sensitive partner communication, and In-Task Transactions only applies if you collect payments inside PartnerHQ.
Yes. Your per-partner rate is locked for your contract year.
Yes. Your data is yours. Export your partner list anytime with Google Sheets export or the export builder.
