Host Settings: Resources

Resources serve as a way to share essential information with your project or event partners. They typically include permanent materials that partners may need access to, such as maps, guides, shipping instructions, day-of details, and other key reference materials.

Use the Add Resource button in the top-right corner to create a resource.

Once multiple resources are created use the four direction arrow to the left to drag-and-drop resources for reordering. You can also use the table view to see a breakdown on overall assignment and interaction numbers.

Use the three-dot icon to view additional options.

Edit Resource – Select Edit Resource to modify any of the current content, icon setting, associated tags, or assignments to your partners.

Copy – Use Copy Resource to spin up an additional copy of the selected resource.

Archive – If a resource is not needed at the moment, but you’re not ready to delete, Archive Resource is a good option. This will remove the resource from partner dashboards, but preserve all content and settings. An additional Archive tab will appear at the top of the Resource table once a resource has been archived.

Delete Resource – If you want to remove a resource completely, use Delete Resource. You will be prompted with a confirmation to validate the selection. Once deleted, the resource is completely removed from the system.
