Organization Results Grid

The Organization Results Grid provides a spreadsheet-style view that allows event hosts to review and manage all task submission data for a single organization in one place.

Accessible from the Organizations index, the grid displays all enabled ToDo task completions for the selected organization. Each task row can be expanded to view associated custom field values and inventory data, making it easy to audit submissions without opening individual tasks.

All event hosts can view the grid, while inline editing requires the Results View permission, granted by the event owner.

Accessing the Grid

To open the Organization Results Grid:

  1. Navigate to the Organizations page in your project
  2. Click the ⋮ (ellipsis) menu next to an organization
  3. Select Results

The grid opens automatically filtered to that organization. You can switch organizations at any time using the dropdown at the top of the page.

Understanding the Grid Layout

Parent Rows

Each parent row represents a task completion for the selected organization.

ColumnDescription
CheckboxSelect row for CSV export
TaskTask name
FieldBlank for parent rows
ValueBlank for parent rows
AssignedDate the task was assigned
DueTask due date
CompletedDate the task was completed
ViewsNumber of user-connected views

Child Rows (Fields & Inventory)

Click the expand arrow (▸) on any task row to view its associated data.

Child rows display the details related to that task, including:

  • Custom fields, shown with a field name and editable value
  • Inventory quantities, when applicable

These rows appear with a lighter background to distinguish them from the parent task row.

Editing Data

Hosts with the Results View permission can edit custom field values directly within the grid.

To edit a value:

  1. Click the Value cell in a child row
  2. Enter or select the new value
  3. Click away to save

Changes save automatically, and a Saving… indicator appears while updates are processed.

Supported field editing behaviors include:

Field TypeEdit Behavior
Text / Text AreaClick to type
Dropdown / RadioSelect from options
CheckboxToggle on or off
Checkbox GroupSelect multiple options
Date / TimeEnter a date
FileUpload a file
Inventory QtyRead-only

Hosts without edit permission can view all data but cannot make changes.

Selecting Rows for Export

Each row includes a checkbox that allows it to be included in a CSV export.

Selection behavior follows these rules:

  • Selecting a parent row automatically selects all child rows
  • Unchecking a parent row removes all child selections
  • Selecting a child row automatically selects its parent
  • Unchecking a child row does not deselect the parent

A Select All option at the top of the grid allows you to quickly select or deselect all rows.

Exporting to CSV

To export data:

  1. Select the rows you want to include
  2. Click Export CSV in the top-right corner

The CSV downloads immediately to your computer. The filename includes the organization name and current date, such as:

organization-results-forte-sports-medicine-2026-03-06.csv

The export includes the following columns:

  • Task
  • Views
  • Assigned
  • Due
  • Completed
  • Field
  • Value

Task details appear on the first exported row for each task, with additional field rows listed beneath it.

Note: The Export CSV button is disabled until at least one row is selected.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can partners see this grid? No. The Organization Results Grid is visible only to event hosts.

Why are some cells read-only? Certain fields—such as task dates, view counts, and inventory quantities—come directly from task records or order data and cannot be edited here.

What if a field has no value? The cell will appear blank. Hosts with edit permission can click it to enter a value.

Can inventory quantities be edited from the grid? No. Inventory quantities are calculated from orders and remain read-only.

Does switching organizations reload the grid? Yes. Selecting a different organization from the dropdown immediately loads that organization’s data.

Is the CSV export real-time? Yes. The export reflects the data currently loaded in the grid at the time you click Export CSV.

What if a custom field was added after a task was assigned? The field will still appear in the grid. If no value exists yet, the cell will appear blank and can be edited if you have permission.

Tips for Using the Grid

Use the grid to quickly audit an organization’s task submissions before marking tasks complete. Selecting Select All allows you to export a full snapshot of submission data, while deselecting unnecessary rows can help produce cleaner exports.

The grid also remembers the organization you opened most recently, making it easier to review submissions as you navigate between organizations.
