Organization Level Permissions

Project Owners can modify permission settings at an organization level. 

As a portion of managing permissions, please note that:

  • Individual level settings for notifications supersede Organization Level notification preferences for an individual user. 
  • Permissions manager remains the most granular option if you’re looking for a very specific permission configuration. 

To modify permissions at the organization level, navigate to Organizations, which will be located in the Host Navigation for project Hosts.

Edit any Organization to modify permissions by clicking the gear icon.

Host Permissions are listed towards the lower portion of the page. (Reminder: Permission editing is available to project Owners only.)

Modify by turning off or on any of the specific radio buttons for View, Edit, or Notify. Selecting the radio buttons across the top row will update the entire column of options. 

Note that if View is turned off, Edit and Notify will also be turned off by default. (Example: Demo User below.)

Once modifications are complete, click Save Organization to complete the update.
