Disappearing options is a premium feature that will allow you to ensure only one partner selects an individual option from an available set of choices. (Time slots or sponsorship levels could be a couple examples of options that you may want to limit to only one partner.)

Adding a Disappearing Selection
Start by creating or editing a task.
Under Fields, click +Add Field.
Select a Multiple Choice form field. Give your new task field a title. Add your desired options to the options text box, ensuring that you limit them to one option per line. To make an option disappear after it has been selected, use the checkbox available towards the bottom labeled “Remove option from list once selected” and click Save. You’ll now limit selections to only one partner per option.
What if multiple partners select the same option at nearly the same time?
Even if it is down to microseconds, one of the partners submitted first and will initially claim the option. The second partner’s request will wait momentarily to validate if the option has officially been claimed. If it is not available, they’ll get a response to refresh and try a different available option.
