After you’ve created a new project in PartnerHQ, or within your existing projects, you can add additional hosts.
In Host Settings, navigate to Individuals and click Add Individual in the top right corner.

Inviting users to the host Organization will automatically enable some settings:
- This person can access the Host dashboard for this project
- Notify host via email when a task is completed
- Notify host via email when a new self registration is created

Also note that hosts do not by default have access to make edits to the task results view. By default this is limited to project owners only. This can be turned on using the last check box option.
You can also optionally turn off dashboard access and broader host options for select individuals from your host Organization that you do not want to have access to project configuration options. The opposite is true if you want to activate this option for an individual. When editing an Individual, select the “This person can access the Host dashboard for this project” to enable these permissions. When complete, simply click Save.

Notification prefernces can also be configured per individual. This is especially beneficial for executive level involvement where access and visibility is important, but not day-to-day real time updates.
