The Rogue Invitational, an event dedicated to functional fitness and strength competitions, is in its 6th year and has taken the show on the road to Aberdeen, Scotland at the P&J Live event complex.
The event is supported by Framework Events who leverages PartnerHQ to manage sponsors and athletes leading up to this weekend’s competition.
When managing a group of over 70 athletes and 30 partnered organizations, it’s challenging and a testament to the hard working event managers.
PartnerHQ is utilized to ensure that the Rogue Invitational goes off without a hitch, providing shared visibility into tasks, resources, and ongoing communication. Two projects are used inside of the software, one for athletes and one for sponsors. The athlete portal is dedicated, as you might expect, to all things athletes. From collecting liability waivers to favorite song preferences; it’s all captured by utilizing tracked tasks. Transportation, credentials, schedules, policies, and more, are all provided as resources to athletes, each segmented to ensure appropriate access as needed.
In their effort to streamline efficiency and sponsor onboarding, the event has also utilized PartnerHQ’s self-registration tool. For interested sponsors and vendors, it just takes a few clicks from the Rogue Invitational website to self onboard and apply for participation in the event, all without the event managers having to go back and forth via email.
We wish the Rogue Invitational the best of luck with their 6th annual event and will be following along! You can follow all the action from November 8th-10th at https://www.roguefitness.com/invitational.
